This role encompasses drafting and negotiating complex technology agreements, advising on compliance and emerging tech law, plus supporting strategic business initiatives. Your expertise will ensure effective risk management and compliance across a range of legal issues impacting the GTAA's operations.

Key Responsibilities:
• Provide strategic legal advice on technology and data initiatives
• Draft and negotiate technology-related agreements
• Advise on compliance, intellectual property,



and e-commerce laws
• Research and implement improvements in legal services
• Monitor legal developments through presentations and newsletters

Requirements:
• LL.B. or J.D. degree from accredited law school
• Minimum five years post-call experience in law
• Strong analytical, drafting, and negotiation skills
• Excellent communication and presentation abilities
• Ability to manage legal issues in agile environments
