Take the lead in PRI's structural engineering practice across BC, Alberta, and Ontario. This senior leadership role demands expertise in mentoring and technical excellence.

As a Senior Practice Lead at PRI, you will oversee the structural engineering discipline, ensuring quality and rigor in every project. This role is ideal for seasoned engineers with a minimum of 12 years of experience and 5 years in leadership. You will mentor emerging professionals while managing technical standards and challenging assignments across various sectors, enhancing the reputation of our practice.

Key Responsibilities:
• Provide expert oversight on complex structural projects
• Ensure every deliverable meets quality standards and codes




• Continuously improve technical standards and methodologies
• Mentor engineers and support their P.Eng. registration
• Lead recruitment and succession planning for the practice

Requirements:
• P.Eng. registration in good standing
• Bachelor’s degree in Civil or Structural Engineering
• 12+ years of structural engineering experience
• 5+ years of technical leadership experience
• Deep knowledge of Canadian building codes
