Lead and shape the Early Childhood Studies program at the University of Guelph-Humber as Chair. This full-time administrative role focuses on academic leadership and program management in a supportive environment.

The Chair oversees academic and administrative affairs for the Early Childhood Studies program at UofGH. You will provide guidance on operational planning, curriculum development, and ensure alignment with industry needs. Your leadership will drive academic and scholarly excellence while enhancing student engagement and success.

Key Responsibilities:
• Manage the overall operations and planning of the program
• Develop and revise curriculum to maintain quality and relevance
• Collaborate with faculty to meet academic standards




• Lead faculty recruitment and performance reviews
• Represent the program in university and community initiatives

Requirements:
• Master’s degree in Early Childhood Studies; doctorate preferred
• 5-9 years of postsecondary experience in administration
• Proven leadership and strategic thinking skills
• Solid oral and written communication abilities
• Commitment to equity, diversity, and inclusion
