The City of Victoria is seeking to fill a Road Marker II position for a temporary term of up to 11 months. You'll be responsible for the installation, maintenance, and removal of road features, including signs and markings. In this position, your expertise in operating power tools and interpreting engineering plans will be essential for success.

Key Responsibilities: • Install and maintain road markings, signs, and bollards • Read and interpret engineering drawings and utility sheets • Operate hand tools and painting equipment effectively • Remove graffiti from city property • Setup traffic control and provide transparent instructions

Requirements: • High school graduation; certification in road marking application • 2 years' experience in road marking maintenance • Valid Class 5 B.C. Driver's Licence • Ability to work in all weather conditions • Strong organizational and communication skills
