Support cleanliness at the YMCA Tumbler Ridge Care and Learning Centre as a part-time Housekeeping Staff. Ensure a welcoming environment for children while maintaining high sanitation standards.

In this permanent part-time role, you’ll work 10-15 hours per week, Monday to Friday, outside operational hours. Your main focus will be on performing cleaning duties that uphold YMCA's rigorous cleanliness standards, allowing children to thrive in a safe, healthy setting.

Key Responsibilities:
• Perform detailed cleaning tasks as per the work schedule
• Ensure building cleanliness meets YMCA and licensing standards
• Prepare the facility for children’s arrival daily
• Communicate effectively with team members and patrons
• Build relationships within the YMCA community

Requirements:
• Strong spoken and written communication skills
• Ability to work independently and multitask
• Physically capable of performing cleaning duties
• WHMIS certification is an asset
• Background check with Vulnerable Sector Search is required
