Databricks is seeking a Delivery Solutions Architect to enhance customer experience and adoption across strategic accounts. In this role, you will leverage your technical expertise to manage complex projects and engage with sales and engineering teams. Your responsibilities will include designing execution plans to accelerate customers' use of data solutions.
Key Responsibilities:
• Lead post-sale account strategy and execution
• Engage with Solutions Architects to align on customer needs
• Oversee onboarding and success of Databricks workloads
• Address technical issues for production-related queries
• Report on KPI and customer health to Technical GM
Requirements:
• 5+ years in data and AI project delivery
• Proficient in Python, SQL, or Scala
• Experience in customer-facing technical roles
• Understanding of solution architecture for data systems
• Bachelor’s in Computer Science or related field
