You will work closely with shift supervisors and operational teams to implement effective strategies, maintaining a high standard of warehouse and inventory management.

Key Responsibilities:
• Oversee daily operations in receiving, packing, and shipping
• Drive the fulfillment process as Canada's centralized returns hub




• Maintain inventory accuracy across all SKUs
• Manage labor planning and expense metrics effectively
• Collaborate with delivery partners for timely order dispatch

Requirements:
• 7+ years in fulfillment or warehouse operations
• Fluent in French and English, written and verbal
