Join Cisco’s dynamic team as an Analog/Mixed-Signal IC Developer in Ottawa. In this hybrid role, you'll design advanced transceivers for high-speed optical communications.
As a seasoned qualified, you will collaborate with Acacia’s mixed-signal engineers, creating innovative designs exceeding 25Gb/s. Your expertise will be vital as you architect, design, layout, and measure analog products. This role also involves mentoring colleagues and reviewing complex IC designs to uphold rigorous standards from conception to production.
Key Responsibilities:
• Design high-speed analog circuits for optical products
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams on projects
• Mentor junior engineers and track project deliverables
• Review peer IC designs for quality assurance
• Ensure signal integrity with packaging and hardware teams
Requirements:
• Bachelor’s degree + 8 years, or Master’s + 6 years, or PhD + 3 years
• Experience with high-speed serial links and output drivers
• Knowledge of layout techniques and FinFET technology
• Proficient in Cadence and mixed-signal simulation tools
• Strong analytical skills and detail-oriented mindset
