The Head of Operations will ensure compliance with Occupational Health and Safety standards and manage departmental budgets effectively. Your leadership will directly impact the operational team's development and success in achieving the company’s goals.
Key Responsibilities:
• Direct the financial accountability of Plant 1's budgets
• Support management with expert opinions and guidance
• Ensure compliance with safety procedures and regulations
• Monitor daily operational efficiency and safety
• Develop current business strategies for process improvement
Requirements:
• Post-secondary diploma or degree in a technical field
• 5+ years management experience in a technical environment
• Knowledge of electroplating and metal finishing preferred
• Strong leadership and analytical skills
