This full-time, on-site role in Calgary, Alberta focuses on advancing CAWST's mission in regional service delivery and partner engagement. With over ten years of experience in WASH programs, you will lead a energetic team, enhance training partnerships, and build relationships with key stakeholders. Your leadership will empower local organizations and contribute to a sustainable future in Asia.

Key Responsibilities:
• Develop and execute a regional strategy aligned with CAWST's vision
• Lead, coach, and develop the Asia WASH Services team
• Oversee WASH training, consulting,



and support throughout the region
• Strengthen capacity of Training Partners for independent service delivery
• Build relationships with diverse stakeholders for greater impact

Requirements:
• Bachelor’s or graduate degree in relevant discipline
• 10+ years of WASH program implementation experience
• 3+ years in team management roles
• Capacity development and training experience
• Fluency in French, Spanish, or Arabic is a plus
