You will translate client growth strategies into actionable plans while collaborating with operations and business leaders to ensure sustainable client value and results. Successful candidates will thrive in a dynamic environment and engage with C-suite executives.

Key Responsibilities:
• Develop measurable account plans and growth strategies
• Build and strengthen executive client relationships
• Coordinate strategic business reviews and meetings




• Monitor account health and manage retention strategies
• Identify opportunities for organic growth and cross-selling

Requirements:
• Bachelor's degree in a related field; MBA preferred
• 10+ years in strategic account management
• Proven success in managing national client portfolios
• Solid commercial acumen and relationship management skills
• Willingness to travel within Canada 25%-40%
