Become a pivotal leader in project management at SE Health's Markham office. As the Project Management Centre of Excellence Lead, you'll shape enterprise practices and drive impactful health care initiatives.

In this full time role, you'll establish and evolve the enterprise project management framework while guiding the integrated Project Management and Business Analysis Centre of Excellence. Collaborate cross-functionally with operational teams and leaders to enhance delivery capabilities and organizational maturity. Your influence will be key in adopting best practices and continuously improving project execution across SE Health.

Key Responsibilities:
• Establish and govern project management frameworks and delivery standards
• Collaborate with practice leaders to align enterprise transformations




• Drive adoption of quality expectations in project planning and execution
• Mentor project managers and business analysts across different maturity levels
• Facilitate practice reviews and ensure feedback for continuous improvement

Requirements:
• 10-12 years in project or program management
• Proven experience in PMO or Centre of Excellence
• Strong leadership capabilities influencing specialized teams
• Experience with delivery frameworks and project governance
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
