As the Manager, Financial Planning & Analysis, you will report to the VP and focus on preparing financial analyses and business reporting. Your role includes managing the financial planning processes, ensuring alignment with corporate goals, and providing actionable insights on key performance indicators. This role also supports the company's commitment to trust and quality in the pet food industry.

Key Responsibilities:
• Prepare financial and operational KPI reporting
• Facilitate corporate reporting and monthly business reviews




• Coordinate with Global regions for reporting needs
• Manage financial planning software and annual budget process
• Drive SGA cost control initiatives and reporting

Requirements:
• Degree in Finance or Accounting
• Minimum five years in finance roles
• Strong financial writing and analytical skills
• Proficient in ERP systems and Microsoft Excel
• Experience in consumer-packaged goods preferred
