What You'll Do
Provide technical guidance to customers and customer success teams for a housing product area such as leasing, maintenance, or CRM.

Support onboarding and data migration for new platform rollouts.
Work with engineering, product, and customer success to share customer insights and improve the product.

What We're Looking For

Three or more years in a Solutions Engineer or similar post-sales technical role at a startup, with ownership of implementation, troubleshooting, and escalations.
B2B SaaS experience and strong product expertise across a complex, multi-product platform.
Hands-on experience with API integrations, data, and common integration patterns.
Ability to investigate issues independently, navigate codebases, and identify when engineering support is needed.
A technical bachelor's degree or equivalent technical background, plus transparent communication skills with technical and non-technical audiences.
Comfort working cross-functionally in a fast-moving setting.
