Para Med is seeking a Palliative Registered Nurse (RN) to provide scheduled home visits in Kitchener and Cambridge. Both full time and part time positions are available, with day and evening shifts and every third weekend.
You will travel within the region, assess patients, and implement care plans to keep patients comfortable at home. The role requires an active RN license with CNO in valuable standing, driving eligibility, and mandatory palliative care experience.
