This role involves overseeing conservation communications, directing the earned media strategy, and leading crisis and issues management to safeguard the organization's reputation. The VP will also be tasked with fostering a high-performing team, maintaining editorial quality control, and analyzing content and media performance data to inform strategic decisions.

Applicants for the Vice President, Communications position at the company should have a minimum of 10 years' experience in communications, journalism, digital and social media, or public relations, with at least 6 years at the senior management level.
A robust track record in media placement, experience in developing messages on complex issues, and a proven ability to work with audience and engagement data are required.
