As the Maintenance Manager, you'll report to the General Manager while overseeing building systems and maintenance staff. Key Responsibilities:



- Oversee preventive maintenance for medical and building equipment - Respond promptly to maintenance service requests - Conduct daily reviews of the Building Management system - Manage inventory of tools and maintenance supplies - Support seasonal maintenance of community grounds
Requirements: - Minimum three years of experience in maintenance - One year of leadership experience in a related field - Knowledge of HVAC, plumbing, and electrical systems - Valid Class 5 driver’s license - CPR and First Aid certification recommended
