Schedule:
3–4 days per week (12–24 hours)Availability:
Tuesdays / Thursday 2:00pm-6:00pmFridays 9:15am-2:15pmWeekends as needed
Commitment:
No extended travel/time off during the first 4 months*Outstanding for Students!What We’re Looking For
Previous customer service experience (required)Solid written and verbal communication skillsFluent in English (additional languages are an asset)Experience with cash handling and POS systemsStrong problem-solving and critical thinking skillsAbility to work both independently and as part of a teamReliable transportation or ability to commute easilyFirst Aid certification (asset)Must be able to work in quick paced environmentProficiency with Computers*Key Responsibilities




Oversee front desk operations during evening closing shiftsEnsure the facility is properly secured and prepared for the next dayGreet and check in members and guests using proper proceduresDeliver exceptional customer service across phone, email, and in-person interactionsDirect guests and appointments to appropriate staff efficientlySupport guest check-in and onboarding processesHandle daily cash reconciliation accuratelyAssist the sales team with guest tours and membership supportSupport prospect and member outreach via calls, texts, and emailsPOS handling and end of night close outWhat We Offer
