Key Responsibilities:
• Provide financial insights to the TPS leadership team
• Lead budgeting, forecasting, and long-range planning
• Drive improvements in cash flow and profitability




• Oversee monthly financial performance reviews
• Coach finance staff across Langley and Arlington locations

Requirements:
• Bachelor’s in Finance, Accounting or related field
• 8+ years of finance leadership in manufacturing
• CPA, CMA, or equivalent designation preferred
• Robust analytical and presentation skills
• Experience with SOX compliance in public companies
