As Counsel, you will provide legal advice on commercial agreements for supply and offtake of a wide range of products, including long-term crude and product sales, importation and processing agreements.
You will work with internal Downstream clients, draft, review, and negotiate contracts, and support governance and compliance across subsidiaries.
