MissionPosition ContextThis position has been created to support the growth of the Accounts Payable team in the context of a technological and organizational transformation. The role needs to be filled quickly to support this transition.ResponsibilitiesThe successful candidate will report to our Accounts Payable Controller.Your main responsibilities will include:
Entering invoices into the system
Preparing payments: validating with project managers and collecting approvals
Matching payments to invoices and following up on discrepanciesYou will have regular contact with vendors (via email) and internal teams to ensure the accurate and smooth processing of payments. The team handles a volume of approximately 1,500 invoices per month.What Makes This Position Unique

Your profileCandidate ProfileEducation & Experience
Diploma of College Studies (DEC) in Accounting or equivalent
Minimum of 3 years of relevant experience in a similar role
Experience in a high-volume invoice processing environmentTechnical Skills
Strong knowledge of accounts payable processes
Comfortable using accounting systems and Excel
Experience with an ERP system is a significant assetSoft Skills
Strong attention to detail and accuracy
Analytical mindset with strong prioritization skills
Self-motivated, reliable, and eager to learn
