Sparkrock is seeking a Director of Skilled Services to own the P&L; and book of business for a $3–5M portfolio, shaping the delivery model and the path to profitability.
You will lead a diverse team of consultants, business analysts, and project managers, drive budgeting and revenue forecasting, and partner with Sales to scope and price new engagements. This fully remote role requires Canadian eligibility and up to 15–20% travel, with EST/CST/PST hours overlap.
