General Objective: Analyze and manage projects involving the introduction of new products, recent technologies, technology transfers, and machinery validation to increase efficiency and productivity. Through teamwork, communication, and continuous follow‑up with the product support team and various suppliers, all new processes and the new documentation generated must be delivered by AME to the entire core team involved in a Master production program.
Qualification, Knowledge & Academic requirements: Electronic Engineer, Mechatronic Engineer or similar Advanced English AutoCAD Solid Works or Siemens NX PLC Siemens (desirable) MS Office PFMEA Lean Manufacturing Project Management Interpretation of 2D drawings 3D Modeling Problem‑Solving Methodologies Design of production lines based on demand analysis Effective leadership Experience in supervising teams Strong communication skills Involvement in processes Leadership
Duties & Responsibilities: Introduction of new products into existing and new manufacturing equipment, including all validation phases. Developing new technologies and updating existing ones to increase machinery efficiency or capabilities. Manufacturability analysis for new product launches. Maintenance of documentation in quality management systems. Review of designs for new machinery, generation of RFQs, and development of automation concepts. Develop new production lines (manual and automatic lines) Develop documentation related with process (PFMEA, WI, Layout, Labor cost analysis, DFMEA, etc.) Desing/modify Fixtures needed for Production lines. Optimize production line process thru new technology implementation.



Develop new vendors and supplier related with new technology. Implementation of Industry 4.0. Support different stages of NPD and new lines transferences. Support with root cause analysis in current production lines. Release current machines/processes thru statistical analysis.
