Sparkrock, a fully remote software provider for social-benefit organizations, seeks a Director of Qualified Services to own the P&L; and book of business for a $3–5M portfolio. You will shape delivery, lead a diverse team of consultants and PMs, and serve as the senior escalation point for key customers.
You will drive budgeting, forecasting, and risk mitigation, partnering with Sales for scoping and pricing while improving delivery outcomes across ERP/SaaS projects.
