Make a difference as a Community Support Worker with ILS in Langley, BC. This part-time role creates inclusion opportunities for individuals with developmental disabilities through personalized support and care.
As a part-time Community Support Worker (Float), your focus will be on delivering one-on-one community support at various sites. You'll promote independence, skill development, and foster meaningful relationships. Key Responsibilities:
• Provide 1:1 community-based support to individuals

Requirements:
• Diploma in Community Social Services or related field
• Minimum one year of direct support experience

• Valid Class 5 Driver's License and access to a vehicle
