Breakthrough T1D seeks an insightful Development Manager to guide fundraising efforts across Ontario. In this role, you'll utilize your 5-6 years of progressive fundraising experience to implement strategies for fundraising programs. You will foster relationships with sponsors, volunteers, and community supporters, all while developing meaningful engagement practices that boost donor retention.

Key Responsibilities:
• Execute national fundraising strategies for events and programs
• Develop regional business plans aligning with national objectives




• Build relationships with sponsors and community partners
• Identify and cultivate prospective donors at various levels
• Support and guide a fundraising team across multiple markets

Requirements:
• 5-6 years of fundraising experience with team management
• Robust communication skills for external engagements
• Experience with peer-to-peer fundraising events
• Familiarity with fundraising software an asset
• Valid driver's license and ability to travel
