Job Description Vous avez une expérience en santé sécurité et environnement, vous avez travaillé dans le domaine manufacturier et vous souhaitez évoluer et développer de nouvelles compétences? Ce poste est pour vous! Le programme d’avions commerciaux A220 recherche un.e Conseiller.ère santé, sécurité et environnement pour rejoindre notre équipe SSE basée à Mirabel (Québec, Canada), où vous exercerez un rôle d’expert-conseil auprès des directeurs, chefs de service, superviseurs et employés afin de les guider vers les meilleures pratiques en matière de santé et sécurité du travail. Vous ferez partie de l’équipe Santé, Sécurité et Environnement chargée en autre d’assurer l’adhérence aux politiques et procédures de santé sécurité de l’entreprise, de supporter les opérations en procédant aux analyses sécuritaires de tâches et en recherchant les meilleures pratiques SST et d’effectuer des audits de maîtrise opérationnelle et des évaluations de risques. L’organisation de l’équipe est établie de manière à promouvoir la collaboration transversale de manière autonome, en se soutenant mutuellement et en apprenant collectivement.
Votre rôle en tant que Conseiller SSE sera de : Être le gardien et le promoteur de nos politiques, en vous assurant qu’elles sont non seulement respectées, mais vécues au quotidien par chaque membre de l’équipe;
Effectuer des analyses de risques et de tâches qui ne se limitent pas à la conformité, mais qui anticipent et neutralisent les dangers avant même qu’ils n’apparaissent;
Intégrer la vision SSE en amont de chaque projet, de chaque changement, pour garantir que la sécurité est au fondement de notre innovation;
Accompagner les gestionnaires dans les enquêtes d’accident qui vont au-delà des symptômes pour éliminer les causes profondes;
Maintenir et élever nos standards de certification, en transformant les audits en véritables leviers d’amélioration continue;
Détecter les besoins en formation, puis participer à la mise à jour de celles‑ci;
Animer des sessions qui ne se contentent pas d'informer, mais qui transforment les mentalités et les comportements.

Your role as an HSE Advisor will be to: Be the guardian and promoter of our policies, ensuring they are not only respected but lived daily by every team member;
Conduct risk and task analyses that go beyond compliance, anticipating and neutralizing hazards before they even appear;
Integrate the HSE vision at the outset of every project, every change, to ensure that safety is the foundation of our innovation;
Support managers in accident investigations that go beyond symptoms to eliminate root causes;
Maintain and elevate our certification standards, turning audits into real levers for continuous improvement;
Identify training needs, then participate in updating them.
Lead sessions that don’t just inform, but transform mindsets and behaviours.

Your boarding pass: Minimum three (3) years of experience in health and safety in the manufacturing sector, where you have achieved measurable results;
University degree in Occupational Health and Safety, Industrial Relations, or Human Resources with a health and safety specialization;
You do not need hierarchical authority to inspire action. Your expertise, passion, and interpersonal skills (bilingual French/English is essential) are enough to mobilize teams;
When faced with a complex problem, you are the one who takes the initiative, analyzes with acuity, and proposes pragmatic and innovative solutions;
