We’re looking for a detail-oriented and analytical Financial Reporting Analyst to join our Finance team within our Winnipeg Office.
In this role, you will play an important role in ensuring the accuracy, reliability, and integrity of the organization's financial reporting. Working closely with teams across the business, this position provides meaningful financial analysis, prepares financial statements, supports month-end reporting, and contributes to the annual budgeting process. What You’ll Do Prepare and analyze monthly financial statements, accountability reports, andvariance analyses to support business decision-making




Reconcile key balance sheet and income statement accounts, includingprepaids, receivables, deferred revenue, accruals, debt, and revenue
Prepare and post month-end journal entries, including accruals, prepaidamortization, and foreign currency revaluations
Support the annual budgeting process and ensure compliance with IFRSreporting requirements
Assist with audits, regulatory reporting, and other finance projects andinitiatives as required
Who You Are Detail-oriented with a strong commitment to accuracy
An analytical thinker who enjoys solving problems and uncovering insights
Organized and able to manage multiple priorities
A collaborative team player who builds positive relationships acrossdepartments
Comfortable communicating financial information to a variety of audiences
What You’ll Bring CPA designation (or legacy accounting designation)
3-5 years of accounting or finance experience
Strong knowledge of IFRS
Intermediate to advanced Excel skills
Strong analytical, problem-solving, and organizational abilities
Excellent communication skills with the ability to explain financial results
Experience in a manufacturing environment and familiarity with MicrosoftDynamics 365 (D365) or similar ERP systems is considered an asset
