In this role, you will provide essential administrative, reception, and claims support, helping ensure claims are managed efficiently and clients receive outstanding service. As one of the first points of contact for our office, you will play an important role in creating a positive experience for clients, vendors, and visitors through professional and responsive customer service. This position is ideal for someone who enjoys working in a fast-paced professional environment, thrives on organization and accuracy, and takes pride in supporting others.
What You'll Do Key responsibilities include:
Provideadministrative and claims support to a team of adjusters.
Prepare,proofread, and process reports, correspondence, invoices, and otherclaim-related documents
Open,maintain, and update electronic claim files and information systems.
Supportbilling, invoicing, accounts receivable, and payment processing activities.
Coordinateclaim-related documentation, requests, and supporting information.
Deliverprofessional reception and customer service to clients, vendors, andstakeholders.
Helpensure claims files are managed accurately, efficiently, and in accordance withcompany procedures.
Serveas the first point of contact for the office by professionally greetingvisitors, answering and directing incoming calls, and responding to generalinquiries.
Managingincoming and outgoing mail, courier shipments, and priority post.
What You'll Bring Administrativeor office support experience, preferably within insurance, legal, financial, orother professional services environments.
Strongorganizational skills and the ability to manage multiple priorities anddeadlines.
Excellentwritten and verbal communication skills.
Highattention to detail and a commitment to accuracy.
Experiencepreparing professional correspondence, reports, and business documents.
Proficiencyin Microsoft Office applications, including Word, Outlook, and Excel.
Strongdata entry and keyboarding skills.
Professionaljudgment and discretion when handling confidential information.
Experiencewith invoicing, accounts receivable, or bookkeeping processes is considered anasset
