CarePartners is seeking an HR Business Partner to join our hybrid HR team. The role is based in Ontario with flexibility to work remotely and from Barrie or Waterloo offices, and occasional travel within the province.
Reporting to the Regional Human Resources Manager, you will align HR programs with business goals, advise leaders, and drive people initiatives across client groups. The ideal candidate has 3–5 years of multi-discipline HR experience and robust knowledge of employment law.
