The CochraneTemiskaming Resource Centre (CTRC) is seeking a contract Full time HealthServices Supervisor to join its team in Timmins. CTRC is a regional DevelopmentalServices provider offering programs across the Districts of Temiskaming andCochrane including coastal communities along James and Hudson Bay.

Thesuccessful candidate will work collaboratively with the Director of ClientServices to provide a comprehensive health care program, as well as supportsand services to individuals with developmental disabilities. The successfulcandidate will also assist with the training of caregivers, families, andcommunity agencies, as required. The Health Services Supervisor will provide arange of clinical services, including support, supervision, and guidance to theCentre's employees on occupational health matters, while also supporting theallied health professionals associated with the Centre.

Contractemployees are those hired for a specific period of time to cover for employeeson an approved leave of absence, vacation or pregnancy/parental leave, and forprojects of a non-recurring nature.

The employeror the contract employee may end the contract at any time by providing 1 weekof notice.

Hours of Work :75 hours

Wages: $46.01 to 50.56 per hour

ProposedStarting Date: October 21st, 2026





4% vacation paid twice annual and 10% in lieu ofbenefits paid each pay period

QUALIFICATIONS: Current Registered Nurse certification with theCollege of Nurses of Ontario; good knowledge of professional theory andpractice and ability to apply knowledge to residential nursing. Preferably two years graduate nurseexperience related to the duties to be performed. A sincere interest and ability to work withindividuals who have a developmental disability and behaviouralproblems/disorders. Ability to meet the public and to provide counsel to staffand client’s relatives as required; good written and verbal communicationskills and demonstrate the ability to offer telephone advice. Able to work independently and as a member ofa multi disciplinary team. A validdriver’s licence and use of a car are necessary. Ability to operate a computer and varioussoftware programs. Technical Skills : Current Basic Cardiac Life SupportCertificate, Competence in immunization administration as ordered by aqualified physician
