The Level 3 Assistant Teacher role is ideal for those pursuing a career in primary education. With responsibilities that include leading group activities and providing targeted support to students, this position is more involved than a standard Assistant Teacher role. You'll gain valuable classroom exposure while progressing towards becoming a Primary Teacher, assuming responsibilities such as lesson delivery and classroom management.

Key Responsibilities:
• Support lesson delivery alongside the Primary Teacher
• Lead pre-assigned classroom activities and group work




• Provide targeted help to recent and struggling students
• Maintain classroom flow during individual teacher attention
• Independently teach when the Primary Teacher is absent

Requirements:
• Must be 18+ with a Bachelor’s Degree
• Successful background screening required
• Completion of FTM 1 and FTM 2
• Ability to commit to regular shifts
• Professional communication and conduct expected
