In this role, the Physiotherapist will be integral to the inpatient stroke and oncology rehabilitation team. Providing assessments, personalized care plans, and patient education are key responsibilities. The Physiotherapist will also evaluate progress, identify necessary assessments, and actively engage in interprofessional team meetings and quality improvement initiatives.

Key Responsibilities:
• Conduct thorough assessments of patients' needs
• Develop and implement comprehensive care plans
• Educate patients and families on rehabilitation processes

Requirements:
• Accredited Physiotherapy degree with registration in Ontario
• Minimum of one year clinical experience in neurological rehab
• Solid communication and interpersonal skills
• Competence in evidence-based physiotherapy practices
• Intermediate proficiency in French preferred
