In the permanent full-time role at Regional Emergency Services, you will oversee various enforcement areas including parking, land use, and animal control. This position requires solid communication skills and the ability to handle public inquiries efficiently. You will also represent the municipality in court and contribute to community events.
Key Responsibilities:
• Enforce municipal bylaws effectively and fairly
• Issue violation tickets and assist during prosecutions
• Appear in court as a municipal representative
• Compile records and submit detailed reports
• Conduct patrols and respond to community complaints
Requirements:
• High School Diploma or GED required
• One year of relevant enforcement experience
• Emergency First Aid Certificate with AED needed
• Valid Class 5 Operator’s Licence required
• Willingness to work outdoors in various conditions
