Calian is seeking a Field Nurse Case Manager to implement and manage a patient support program. You will act as the single point of contact for patients and healthcare teams, coordinating care across clinic and remote settings while supporting cross-functional teams.
This one-year contract requires a Nursing license, a college or university degree, and 3–4 years in healthcare. Expect up to 30% travel; when not traveling, work from home hours 12 Noon–8 PM EST.
