Make a meaningful impact in the justice system as a Court Administration Representative in Cayuga. Deliver exceptional court services and assist judges and lawyers in maintaining court efficiency.
This temporary role, lasting up to 12 months, integrates both courtroom and administrative work. You will support various legal processes, manage court records, and facilitate online and in-person hearings. Your communication and problem-solving skills are vital for serving the needs of the community effectively.
Key Responsibilities:
• Support judges, lawyers, and court participants
• Manage court records and legal documents
• Facilitate online and in-person court hearings
• Guide the jury selection and manage court materials
• Provide exceptional customer service to the public
Requirements:
• Type at least 30 words per minute
• Availability for irregular work hours, including weekends
• Driver's license to travel to multiple court locations
• Ability to apply policies and troubleshoot basic issues
• Solid communication and detail-oriented skills
