Lead our security team in downtown Toronto with Securitas Canada. We're looking for an experienced Security Supervisor to enhance safety through leadership and effective oversight.

This role requires at least 4 years of supervisory experience in a security environment. You will guide the onsite team, oversee patrols, and ensure compliance with safety protocols. Your efforts will directly contribute to maintaining a secure workplace and excellent service delivery.

Key Responsibilities:
• Provide leadership and coaching to the onsite security team
• Manage performance and implement development plans
• Prepare and maintain staffing schedules for coverage
• Review attendance records and payroll submissions
• Develop and update post orders and emergency instructions

Requirements:
• Valid Ontario Security Guard License and First Aid certification
• Minimum 4 years of supervisory experience
• Knowledge of Ontario legislation and regulations
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office and security management systems
• Strong analytical and organizational skills
