Key Responsibilities:
• Plan and implement daily recreation and leisure activities
• Create engaging environments for resident participation
• Foster relationships with residents, families, and volunteers

• Support quality improvement of recreation programs

Requirements:
• Experience with seniors in long-term care
• Post-secondary education in recreation or related field
• Skills in planning meaningful wellness activities
• Knowledge in therapeutic programming techniques
• Solid communication skills with residents and families
