This safety-sensitive role involves working under the Maintenance Superintendent, performing installations, troubleshooting, and maintaining electrical systems. You'll work primarily with lumex wire, read blueprints, and conduct preventative maintenance as part of your essential duties. Strong physical stamina and manual dexterity are required for tasks and you must pass drug and alcohol testing to qualify.

Key Responsibilities:
• Install and troubleshoot electrical components in buildings
• Read and interpret blueprints and specifications




• Conduct preventive maintenance and repairs on electrical systems
• Install fire alarm systems and HVAC units
• Measure voltage and check circuit integrity

Requirements:
• Completion of journeyperson electrical training
• 5 years’ experience in residential and commercial work
• Physical ability for manual labor and lifting
• Knowledge of electrical techniques from trade certification
• Ability to work in confined spaces and varied surfaces
