AgeCare in Alberta is seeking a Social Worker to support residents and families, guiding move-in processes, transitions, finances, health concerns and access to community resources. You will coordinate with families and POA when needed and contribute to a resident-centered workplace.
You will assist the Director of Care and Business Manager, participate in CQI activities, and prepare reports for the residence and corporate office as required.
