This self-starter will use data and technical tools to solve problems, optimize the online shopping experience, and support business growth through cross-functional collaboration.50%: eCommerce Site Operations & StrategyLead workload flow for all bottom of the funnel initiativesOwn and become a super user of the Product Management System, Salesforce Commerce Cloud, Contentful, and ConstructorOversee end to end site experience from a customer perspective. Proactively looking for opportunities to make digital experiences friction less for customers and support evolving business goalsPerforms daily site scrubs, trouble shoots and resolve issues independently.Act as the subject matter expert for Item Master/ Product turn on/ Stock not Live processes, by providing direction and support to Site Merchandisers, who own and execute the creation and maintenance of these files.Challenge the status quo and look for ways to improve processes and create efficiencies30%: Cross-Functional CollaborationParticipates in weekly site refreshes ensuring that all linking, destinations, and merchandising needs are metReviews recommendation zone and sort order rules, tracks changes over time, and reviews analytics to make data-informed decisions on when changes are neededPartner with our international team (US and Mexico)
to identify unique needs (i.e. translations, attributing, content etc.) to ideate and implement solutions. Train teams on new and improved system features and functionality.Lead team through troubleshooting, fixing errors and partnering with Product Management to request new capabilities and improvements20%: Leadership & DevelopmentPlan, execute and maintain training for the broader team, including buying team, on any new site initiatives or functionalityHold stakeholders accountable to deadlines and give feedback ensuring deliverables align with the strategy/project goalsMentor site merchandisers and site merchandising specialistsWork on special projects as assignedWe'd Love to hear from you if:Must have:Advanced Microsoft Office Suite proficiency, especially in ExcelStrong attention to detailOrganized and have strong communication skillsProven ability to multi-task, be flexible, and to prioritizePreferred skills and experience:3-5 years of prior Ecommerce experience requiredLeadership or mentoring experience preferredBachelor's Degree (or equivalent experience) preferredRetail experience preferred, especially in children's clothingFrom Carter's University to Toastmasters to mentorship programs and more, we encourage you to utilize these tools to elevate your skilled prowess.NOTE: This job description is not intended to be all-inclusive.
