Elevate your nursing career with West Coast SeniorsHousing Management as a Registered Nurse. This position emphasizes resident-centered care in a supportive work environment.

As an essential part of our team, you'll report to the Director of Care, leading direct care providers while ensuring the highest quality of care for residents. Key responsibilities include assessing residents' needs, administering medications, and providing guidance to LPNs. Your expertise will help shape care plans, ensuring they meet each resident's unique needs and maintain their dignity.

Key Responsibilities:
• Assess residents and implement individualized care plans
• Administer medications as per established protocols
• Collaborate with LPNs for care plan reviews




• Provide clinical direction and support to care staff
• Maintain a safe setting for residents and staff

Requirements:
• Current RN license with BCCNM in British Columbia
• Valid CPR and Occupational First Aid Level 1
• Previous long-term care experience is an asset
• Computer skills including Word and Excel proficiency
• Ability to lift and carry up to 25 lbs
