You will be responsible for assessing biomass resources, designing conversion technologies, managing project execution, and ensuring operational efficiency. Key Responsibilities Identify and assess sustainable biomass resources suitable for energy generation projects.
Design and evaluate biomass conversion technologies, including combustion, gasification, and anaerobic digestion systems.
Develop project proposals, feasibility studies, and business cases for biomass energy projects.
Manage the procurement, construction, and commissioning phases of biomass power plants and facilities.
Optimize the operational performance of biomass energy systems, focusing on efficiency and environmental compliance.
Build and maintain relationships with biomass suppliers, technology providers,



and project stakeholders.
Requirements Master's degree in Engineering (Chemical, Mechanical, Environmental), Agricultural Science, or a related field with a focus on bioenergy.
Minimum of 5 years of experience in the biomass energy sector , including project development and operational aspects.
Solid knowledge of biomass feedstock characterization, pre-treatment, and conversion processes.
Experience with relevant technologies such as boilers, gasifiers, anaerobic digesters, and CHP systems.
Understanding of environmental regulations and sustainability certification for bioenergy projects.
Excellent project management, analytical, and communication skills.
