Key Responsibilities:
• Greet and welcome patients in the clinic and through calls
• Educate on eyewear options based on lifestyle needs
• Interpret optical prescriptions accurately from the optometrist




• Measure frames and faces for proper eyewear fit
• Manage billing and payments for services and products

Requirements:
• Previous optical or retail experience is an asset
• Ability to multi-task in a busy environment
• Proficiency in technology and MS Office Suite
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
• Collaborative attitude with a proactive mindset
