Job Description:
Responsibilities:
Provide technical support for network infrastructure, including routers, switches, firewalls, and wireless access points.
Diagnose and resolve network connectivity issues, ensuring minimal downtime.
Configure and maintain network equipment, ensuring optimal performance and security.
Collaborate with clients to understand their network requirements and provide tailored solutions.
Implement network upgrades, patches, and security protocols.
Monitor network performance and proactively address potential issues.
Document network configurations, changes, and troubleshooting procedures.




Stay updated on industry trends and emerging technologies to recommend improvements.
Qualifications:
Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or related field (or equivalent experience).
Proven experience in network support or a similar role.
Strong knowledge of network protocols, routing, and switching.
Familiarity with network security principles and best practices.
Proficiency in network monitoring and diagnostic tools.
Excellent communication and problem-solving skills.
Industry certifications (e.g., Cisco CCNA, CompTIA Network+) are a plus.
Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a team.
