BDO is seeking an Associate/Senior Associate to join its Deal Advisory team in Toronto. You will perform market research, evaluate business performance, and assist in preparing detailed due diligence reports. Collaboration with clients and transaction parties will be vital, supporting business development initiatives while maintaining a solid attention to detail and analytical skills.

Key Responsibilities:
• Conduct market and industry research for client projects
• Evaluate historical performance and financial projections




• Prepare detailed buy-side and sell-side due diligence reports
• Communicate with clients and transaction counterparties
• Assist on assignments under manager supervision

Requirements:
• Existing CPA designation; CBV or CFA in progress is a plus
• 2-3 years of relevant professional experience
• Strong proficiency in Microsoft Office applications
• Excellent written and oral communication skills
• Ability to work autonomously under pressure
