DUCA is seeking enthusiastic individuals for the role of Member Service Representative. This part-time position requires a person who excels in communication, with a proactive attitude towards engaging with Members. You will facilitate outstanding service while identifying financial opportunities for our valued Members.

Key Responsibilities:
• Provide exceptional service at the front counter and over the phone
• Explain benefits of DUCA services and open new Member accounts
• Conduct outbound follow-up calls to enhance Member satisfaction




• Process Member transactions including deposits, withdrawals, and payments
• Uncover and address Members’ financial service needs

Requirements:
• High School Diploma or equivalent required
• Experience in cash handling and customer service preferred
• Robust computer skills and familiarity with banking protocols
• Excellent interpersonal and communication skills
• Ability to multi-task while prioritizing Member needs
