Full involvement with recruiting talentProvides mentoring, coaching and guidance to all team membersObjectively recommends compensation adjustmentsManages all aspects of performanceQuality Management
Responsible for all aspects of the ISO 9001 Quality Management SystemResponsible for all aspects of strategy, management and execution of Intelex System Administration, managing the CI cycles with Intelex,



and developing system configuration skillset within BGISAudit
Create and manage the internal audit program end to endInternal Processes
Responsible for the Management Review ProcessResponsible for the continued development of the BGIS non-conformance ProcessDevelop and manage the Training Program for Intelex.Assigns Quality Analysts to conduct training sessions, lunch and learns etc.Continues to develop the curriculum and its implementation through direct reportsResponsible for setting up the French Quality Processes to input French Documents into IntelexReview and approve all Quality Documentation to ensure relevance and that items are up to date.Manage the Harmonized Systems Policy QMS 105 00, and ensure adherence to the Harmonization Process QMS 214 00, Run the Harmonization MeetingsBecome engaged in the Financial aspects of running Quality & CI DepartmentKnowledge & Skills
University Degree with 10 years demonstrated experienceISO 9001:2015 Quality Standard CertificationLead Auditor CertificationStrong communication skillsStrong writing skillsStrong people managementAttention to detailProcess orientationContinuous Improvement MindsetLean Six Sigma experience
