About the Role

The Company is seeking a Chief Operating Officer (COO) to play a pivotal role in the commercialization and growth of its cutting-edge technology. The COO will be the principal operating executive, responsible for translating the company's vision and strategic priorities into disciplined, measurable execution.

This hands-on leadership position encompasses a wide range of responsibilities, including enterprise leadership, commercialization, healthcare operations, supply chain, manufacturing, and integration of acquired businesses.



The successful candidate will be a seasoned operating executive with a strong commercial orientation, financial acumen, and the ability to make enterprise-level decisions in a high-growth setting.

Key responsibilities for the COO include leading the day-to-day execution of the operating company, establishing and maintaining operating cadence, and driving accountability for commercial and market execution. The role also involves providing executive oversight of healthcare delivery operations, scaling commercial and healthcare delivery operations, and ensuring operational readiness for major product launches.
The ideal candidate will have a proven track record of scaling a complex organization, integrating acquired businesses, and working with strategic partners. A Bachelor's degree is required, with advanced credentials such as an MBA or engineering degree considered assets.

The COO will be expected to bring exceptional leadership, communication, and stakeholder management capabilities to the role.
