We're looking for an experienced
Senior HR Business Partner
to work closely with business leaders and support workforce planning, organizational development, employee experience, and people initiatives across a growing and distributed organization.Key Responsibilities
Partner with business leaders on workforce planning and people priorities.Support organizational design, talent planning,
and workforce transformation initiatives.Advise managers on employee relations and performance-management matters.Analyze workforce trends and provide actionable HR insights.Partner with Talent Acquisition and People Operations on workforce requirements.Support organizational change and employee-engagement initiatives.Help develop scalable people practices across distributed teams.Ensure HR programs align with business objectives and workforce needs.Qualifications
Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.6+ years of HR experience, including HR Business Partner responsibilities.Experience supporting technology, SaaS, or high-growth organizations preferred.Solid workforce-planning and stakeholder-management capabilities.Experience supporting distributed or international teams is an advantage.Excellent communication, analytical, and consulting skills.
